Ashley Kite-Rowland is the Urban and Community Forestry Program Coordinator for the Tennessee Division of Forestry. She has her B.S. in Cultural Anthropology and M.S. in Agriculture and Applied Sciences. Before being involved in Urban and Community Forestry, Ashley co-founded a local food nonprofit organization focused on developing local food networks and farm to school programming and also served as an advocate for victims of violence. Through her various roles, professional and personal, Ashley works to catalyze and support the development, growth, and sustainability of thriving community ecosystems.
